Our Concierge Consultations are strictly informational and educational

  • Every Regimen Review includes a clinician-ready executive summary and professional optimization recommendations. We can also provide direct care coordination with your authorized professional care team when requested.

  • No, we do not bill insurance directly. Our services are provided on a private-pay basis; however, many clients successfully utilize HSA/FSA funds for our consultations. Investing in doctoral-level oversight to prevent a single protocol-related complication often offsets the cost of our services many times over.

  • Standard Coordination Times

We know caregiving is urgent. Here is our standard turnaround for professional oversight:

    • Within 48 Hours: Subscription Plans and Targeted Regimen Reviews (often much sooner).

    • Standard Consultations: Typically completed within 7–14 days.

    • Urgent Coordination: Available within 48–72 hours (often much sooner) upon request.

  • An advocate provides a calm, objective perspective outside of your family dynamics. We offer expert clinical oversight so you can make confident, educated decisions without the emotional overwhelm. By acting as a professional buffer, we ensure the focus remains on optimizing your loved one’s care while giving you back your time and peace of mind.

  • You may benefit from a Senior Clinical Care Consultant if you:

    • Manage Complex Protocols: You are coordinating multiple high-level treatments and need expert oversight.

    • Need a Stronger Voice: You feel unheard or overwhelmed when interacting with various healthcare settings and providers.

    • Struggle with Coordination: You find it difficult to organize complex daily schedules or track multifaceted care routines.

    • Feel "System Overload": You are mentally and emotionally exhausted by the complexity of the healthcare landscape.

  • A Senior Clinical Care Consultant specializes in the strategic oversight of daily care protocols for older adults. They understand how aging affects the body's response to various routines, the complexity of multi-provider interactions, and the orchestration of care for multiple health conditions.

  • A PharmD is a professional doctorate focused on high-level clinical oversight and patient care coordination. Much like an MD, it represents the highest level of expertise in understanding how various protocols and regimens interact within the body. In our practice, this doctoral expertise is used to provide strategic advocacy and orchestration for families navigating complex health journeys.

  • No, we provide educational advocacy and recommendations for your prescribing physician and care team.

  • We provide expert support for:

    • Seniors with complex memory care needs.

    • Individuals with chronic conditions or recent hospital stays.

    • Anyone experiencing side effects or confusion.

    • Family Caregivers who need a professional partner to manage the "big picture.

  • Complex Protocol Management is taking more than 5 medications, which is common in seniors. It increases the risk of interactions and side effects. We specialize in managing this for safety and peace of mind.

  • We provide the strategic navigation needed to safely optimize or streamline daily regimens that may no longer be beneficial. We provide the doctoral-level oversight to coordinate this process directly with your primary care team.

  • We are consultants, not a retail pharmacy.
We don't dispense pills; we provide:

    • In-depth reviews: We look at the "big picture" of every regimen.

    • Primary Care Team Collaboration: We work with your team to optimize the regimen.

    • Personalized Plans: We create a roadmap specifically for your loved one’s health.
